Information collected
Membership, volunteer and donation-receipt forms collect only the information submitted by the user for the relevant Association service. Optional identity or payment proof files are stored in a restricted folder intended for administrator access only.
How it is used
Information is used to review membership applications, coordinate volunteers, verify donations, issue approved Member IDs and donation acknowledgements, and communicate about the requested service.
Public member directory
A member is listed publicly only when public-directory consent is recorded and the Association enables the listing. Phone numbers, addresses and identity documents are not displayed in the public directory.
